We guarantee our products will meet your satisfaction. If for any reason our products have failed to meet your needs, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of the product price minus shipping and handling costs.
Defective items will be immediately replaced. When returning defective items for replacement, you must include all components in their original package.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products are warranties by the respected manufacturer. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer directly to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of opened OEM products. All unopened OEM product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Important: No refunds or exchanges are accepted on opened packages of laser/copier toners or laser/copier parts.
However, we encourage you to visit our Technical Support section if the product is not functioning properly. Our staff knows our products thoroughly and we may be able to solve your problems through e-mail or by phone.
Return Instructions
Non-defective products that have been opened or have a broken seal may not be refunded for credit or replacement.
Non-defective products need to be returned in unopened packages.
Please contact us prior to returning your product. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number as a proof of credit towards your account. Packages cannot be accepted without RMA #.
Refunds will be paid within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of the returned product.
If your order was incorrect upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can solve the problem as fast as possible.
Customers who received free shipping will be charged shipping cost for initial shipping when their order is returned as a refund.
